Shipping and returns
These terms apply to orders placed with HI HOLY HIGH and delivered in Spain.
Shipping
The active method is MRW, at a cost of €19.00. Estimated handling time is 0 to 1 day and estimated transit time is 1 day. Timing may vary due to carrier incidents, public holidays, or the living nature of the order.
Ordinary physical products
You may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receipt. The product must be returned new, complete, and in suitable condition. Unless the item is defective or HI HOLY HIGH made an error, the customer pays the return shipping cost. Once the product has been checked, the amount legally due is refunded through the original payment method.
Live plant material
Cuttings, clones, and other live plant material are goods liable to deteriorate rapidly. Ordinary withdrawal returns are therefore not accepted once dispatched, under the legal exception for perishable goods.
Damaged or non-conforming product
The limitation above does not remove your statutory rights. If the order arrives damaged, differs from what you bought, or is otherwise non-conforming, report it promptly through the channel linked to your order and include photographs where possible. We will review the case and provide the legally appropriate remedy.
How to request a return
Use the order communication channel or your account and provide the order number, product, and reason. Do not send products back before receiving return instructions.
