Black Maple was developed by Bloom Seed Co. by crossing Dulce de Uva with Sherbanger. Selection #22 became particularly well known for its sweet maple, sherbet, grape and sour funk profile, as well as resin production that made it attractive for solventless extraction.
Sherbanger connects Sherbert with Headbanger. That branch explains the indirect presence of Karma Genetics' work, but does not make Black Maple a Karma creation. Distinguishing breeder, parent and cut provenance prevents a correct genealogy from producing an incorrect credit.
The official reference places flowering at 9–10 weeks and describes high extraction potential. HHH must check how its cut performs: vigour, stretch, trichome structure, actual resin yield and profile development during curing.
